Using the site
You may use the public calculators and guides for personal project planning. Provide measurements and other inputs that you are authorized to use, and do not submit unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal information. Do not interfere with the site, automate abusive requests, or try to access data that is not yours.
Estimates and decisions
Results are informational planning estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown in each tool. They are not a bid, purchase guarantee, professional assessment, or promise of material availability or final cost. You are responsible for checking measurements, product specifications, local requirements, and project conditions before buying or building. Read the Estimator Disclaimer for more detail.
Planned features and waitlists
Cost Estimators and Quote Checker are currently described as upcoming features. Joining a waitlist expresses interest; it does not reserve access or guarantee a launch date. We may change, delay, or discontinue planned features. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store when you sign up.
Site content and outside resources
HomeCostAI content and interface design are provided for use through this site. You may share links to our public pages. References to product makers, standards, or other websites are for context; those third parties control their own content, products, and policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may revise these terms as the service develops; the date above identifies this version. For questions about these terms, email support@homecostai.com or visit the Contact page.
